NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK

I was staying in one of Redcon's properties for the past 4 years. Towers Off Main in Marshalltown. I moved out end of June and was promised my deposit at the end July. Till this day I haven't received it...Apparently they are still investigating. They are so quick to cut out your electricity if your rent is not paid on time but they investigate when it's time for them to pay up. Shame on you guys. What you are doing to people is not right..I'm not the first and won't be the last person to complain about this. I want my deposit back. Pay back my deposit.
