HARRASMENT

collection department called me I told Lindiwe who called me that I paid but she was harassing me and was very rude didn't give me a chance to talk , I hang up and she called again I asked what was I supposed to because I made payment already she wanted me to make arrangement I don't like her tone she was very rude as if I owed her personally . I called edcon and I explained to the lady that I have financial problem and we made a 3 months arrangement . please train her on how to communicate with clients and she was talking to her friends on the background listen to the you will hear her at the beginning talk to her friend and eating at the same time even though I owe you guys I still deserve respect
