Being billed after 1 year of moving out.

I need assistance, I am billed even after I have left the property almost a year ago, when I was moving out I called and sent emails for any balances I might still be owing, I was sent the statement of which I paid that. I thought my business with redcon "score house " is done I stayed like close to 5 months without receiving any statements from them 3 months back a lady by a name of Thandaza Tshabalala started sending me statements, I sent an email asking what was that for because I called and was sent my balance I paid, now after 5 months I'm being billed for what, she did not bother replying to the email, I then decided because it's small money let me pay just for my bureau sack little did I know it was going to be a every month thing next month same girl sends the statement I really got angry I was ****ed that the girl doesn't respond to my emails and keeps sending me statements, I called in I was told she was not in that they were going to pass the massage for her to call me, guess what I still paid and every time I pay I send POP's to her. Now again in May I'm sent another, I call send emails went on their Facebook pages I was told they investigating till now no one has gotten back to me to explain this nonsense to me. I really need help these people can't be doing this to people messing up their bureau please assist.
