Redcliffe Clinic Disaster

I am disgustes by the staff of this CLINIC. they act like they own the clinic and from lunch time start mopping and make people wait outside if they want to be assisted, also state to come early if you want to be done early cause they always mopping and putting chairs away after lunch and most of the staff are on party mode, as for the reception she is pathetic with her attitude. The staff need to learn communication skills and know what job they are getting paid for as they are very helpless.
