Worst Online Shopping Service EVER!

First time doing online shopping with Redcart and definitely the last time.

I placed an order on the 16th of December with them.

To date the order is still being processed with no update on the order and expected delivery time. I have contacted Redcart support team numerous times via email, telephone, and WhatsApp. Over the last three weeks, I have not been able to speak directly to someone at Redcart, the phone just rings and rings and goes to voicemail.

I have sent numerous emails and only get automated email responses. Also sent a WhatsApp message with no feedback.

Really unhappy with level of service and communication from Redcart. Will take my business elsewhere next time
