They cannot deliver now ignoring repeated refund requests

We first confirmed availability, then ordered an item on 5 December. When the item eventually arrived it was the wrong model. I promptly returned it and receipt was confirmed. Then they went dark for some weeks claiming they are closed. After repeated attempts Jason eventually reply on 16 January and promised in writing that he would refund. It has been 5 days since then but still no refund.

I suspect this online site is being run by someone who gets way with taking small amounts from unsuspecting people who do not have the energy or capacity to follow up on this - till now.
