Redcart **** about availability of goods

I order goods online. Goods were marked available and payment was made through there payment gate way Sage Pay.

The payment took 4 days to go through and during the process was checking with Redcart that the goods were set aside for me. They did confirm this.

They kept promising to ship and to this time I have recieved nothing. Now they are refusing to answer my Whatsapp messages and emails.

Now all my correspondence come back saying they are closed till the 4th Jan 2018. Yet, a mate is chatting to them at the moment and they are answering.
