Not happy with the service

I have ordered monitors and paid for them in December 2018 and I was promised delivery within 2 weeks. Up until today I have not received my order and these people are not answering any of my calls or emails. I have decided to open a case since I cannot get any response from them. The service is very bad and they push to pay.
