Not delivering product and avoiding customer communication

I have ordered a CPU from them, when following up they mentioned how the package got lost in transit. They promised me a refund or a replacement. However I tried calling, emailing, whatsapping, facebook. No response whatsoever. Their number do not even work. I suspect the company is a ****, and is selling false products. Still awaiting for my refund and no one has gotten back to me. I would not attempt to buy anything from this store which is supposedly located in Woodstock, Johannesburg. Hope somehow I will get my money back..
