Very Disappointing Experience with Redapple Publishers

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Redapple Publishers. Our practice paid for advertising space in the school diaries that were supposed to be distributed, but the diaries were never delivered, despite our payment being taken in full.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have sent multiple emails and attempted to call numerous times, but we have received no response whatsoever. It is incredibly unprofessional to take payment for a service and then become unreachable when clients try to follow up.

At this stage, we feel misled and extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. We would strongly caution other businesses to be careful before committing to advertising with this company.
