Red & Yellow Disappointment

This is my second time choosing Red & Yellow for my online courses. The first experience, with the Digital Marketing course, was outstanding! The content and team were both fantastic. However, my second time around was quite different. This time, I enrolled in Motion Graphics & Animated Content, but it turned out to be a nightmare. We lacked a qualified industry leader for tutorials until the course was almost over (pretty much a week or two before the course end), which is incredibly important for this type of learning. The grading results were significantly delayed compared to the Digital Marketing course, and overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. Adding to my frustration, I'm unable to obtain my academic transcript due to an alleged unpaid balance, despite purchasing the course at a discount during the Black Friday sale and proving this to the financial team twice. I'm extremely disappointed with the team this time, they were just incredibly unorganized and I'm unsure what went wrong. It's safe to say I won't be continuing my studies with them, despite the quality of course content.
