I have recently completed the Account Leadership course. I found the content relevant and began using what I had learnt from the start of the course in my everyday work as Account Manager. Gillian Rightford is a wealth of knowledge and is very approachable and communicative. The course co-ordinator, Fadlar, was available at all times to assist with queries.
