Horrible Service

Bad bad service coming from the school and one of the course coordinators. I failed a short course that I was doing due to their faulty online platform , I raised my issues with Fadlar the course coordinator and she investigated and she found that my claims were true however she still trys to make as if its my fault and refuses with my certificate I edge everyone not to waste their time and money going to this school ... Horrible service! I don't know why national lottery bursary partnered with this Joke of a school
