Worst service ever

I booked a truck the 1st April 2022 to relocate me from Vereeniging Gauteng to Oudtshoorn Western Cape , they loaded my stuff the truck broke down and they loaded my stuff onto another truck, damaged some of my stuff. I booked them again on the 23rd June 2022 and spoke to Collen and said please I do not want the same trouble and I sent him a list of everything to be load and asked him if everything will fit his reply yes it will fit. Truck got to my place could not fit everything half of my stuff is still at my old location I phoned Charles then he said they will load my stuff on a shared load and there will be a fee so I said I will not pay for it as I sent a list of all my stuff , they got here on the 4th day the truck broke down again and I was in contact with the Supervisor Charles , and then they damaged my fridge badly and my tv screen is cracked now I spoke to Charles a few times and asked what are they going to do about my damaged stuff and my stuff that is still at my old house , he does not phone me back if I phone him and the office the phone goes to voicemail . No one gives me any feed back and I did pay insurance .
