I have recently move to Cape Town and in 45 min From Jhb to Centurion. Red Truck Pretoria caused me damages close to R6000. I used a different company to take my goods to Cape Town and received my stuff in an impeccable condition. After a 12 hour trip. I wanted to use the same company to move the rest to storage in Centurion. When Red Trucks foreman Charles. Convince me that they can beat the price. Little did I know R450 saving is because they removed the insurance from the quote. I discussed it with their people and they insured me that the insurance would take care of it. Only for them to ignore me after this for 6 week. Eventually I phone them to inform them that their insurance company did not contact me. Just for them to tell me that their was no insurance on the quote. I know I should not have assumed that automatically their is insurance, but because I don’t move everyday I did not think they would remove insurance from a quote to beat a price and then treat my stuff with such little regard. I will definitely advise people against using this company. It is the worst service I have ever encountered. At this point they are just shrugging their shoulders and I am left with the damages they cause.
