Damage and zero service from Red Transport

The most horrific experience ever! Loading took 7 hours (the total move ended up taking 12h), the staff willfully damaged thousands of rands of property including crushing a custom made dining room chair under the trailer while loading a cement table (which they refused to secure despite pointing out how unsafe it was), they literally drove into a tree *********** an entire branch (tree was easily avoidable), thousands of rands of property gone missing in transit, loaders complained constantly about having to load or offload the truck, truck packed so poorly they left a ton of stuff behind which I had to hire other staff and trailers to move, nevermind the damage to my property while in transit, and over a week of calling and fighting and I'm still waiting for the owner to phone me to address the matter since apparently only he can make any decisions. Disgusting!!
