Disgusting experience

My wife was sold a pair of shoes that was clearly too small, it is so small that looking at her foot in the shoe, you could easily see it's much too small. The sales person in store said that the shoe will stretch, now I need you to understand, its not leather, so really now how much can it stretch, so my wife took the advise of the 'professional' who probably just wanted to make a sale. No other sizes were offered to make a better decision. So the very next day on our off day we return to the red planet store, where we are told take your 1day old shoe to the shoe maker for resizing. No accountability for their lack of service provided by their sales people. DISGUSTED
