BODY CORPORATE AT RED IVORY LANE WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. DON'T PURCHASE ANY PROPERTY AT RED IVORY LANE. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Whatever you do, do not purchase an apartment at Red Ivory Lane. I have been at the apartment since May of 2022. In October 2022, it started raining heavily and suddenly water was coming through my walls and these cracks and bubbles have formed. I have reported the problem to the Body Corporate, they sent SK Construction to conduct an inspection. The report that they sent to the Body Corporate explained that due to the cracks in the Window sills, water is stuck in the walls causing the bubbles and cracks in the walls. I had to follow up again on the inspection done by SK Construction as the Body Corporate at Red Ivory Lane will never respond to you or follow up with you, you always have to beg them, send countless of emails, go back to the Developers, then when the Developers email them, they all of a sudden respond to you. So I followed up with the inspection done by SK Construction, the Body Corporate sent me a quotation and that it's my responsibility. How is this my responsibility when it's due to the cracks not being built properly? This is a construction issue. So they then told me that they could not assist me and to take it up with the Developers. I followed up M&T, they sent me back to the Body Corporate, I spoke Taryn countless of times of which was not of much assistance. They sent over someone else, his name was Ringo for another inspection.....they concluded the same thing, that water was coming in due to the poorly built windows. This is in my living room as well as in my room where the cracks are forming. I follow up again and I am told that this is my problem. So I ask Taryn to explain how is this my problem??? She says the Body Corporate is responsible for just fixing the cracks in the windows. What about the dampness and the cracks that have formed inside my unit as a result of this? Guess what they do? They send someone else to get another inspection done. Luke, comes through on Friday the 24th of February, saying that he will send feedback on this either the same day or Monday. Guess what today is? Tuesday. Guess what feedback I received? NOTHING!!! The moral of the story is DON'T PURCHASE PROPERTY at RED IVORY LANE.....YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. THEY WILL TRY CREATE LOOPHOLES SO THAT THEY DO NOT ASSIST YOU. I have followed up on Monday, the 28th of February and I still have not received any feedback from the Body Corporate, the Developers, Luke, Taryn, NOTHING!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY AN APARTMENT FROM RED IVORY LANE. All the windows outside have cracks that you don't see for the first three months you are there. Then all of a sudden it rains heavily in October, when you follow up with them to fix something they don't assist. Your emails go ignored, nothing happens, it's all just a ****. Don't do it. I am yet to hear any resolution to my query from either Taryn, Luke, the Body Corporate, or the Developers. Very Disappointing!
