Poor customer service

I booked a **** to clean my apartment. I have used the service before and a **** normally arrives well before I leave for work. Today no one arrived at the usual time. When I phoned and asked I was given every excuse. I said that this would be the last time I use the service. The owner of the business said she couldn't care less. I advise others to look elsewhere for a cleaning service!
