Bad Service and unprofessional

I have requested a cleaning services from a domestic agency call Red hot **** based in Fourways. For their services, you pay them in advanced and that’s what I have done. I have requested for a **** to do the cleaning on Monday 16th April 2018 and have been specific about the time when I have first requested for a service with them.

The specifics times were between 7:00am-8:00am the latest as I have to drop off my son at school and also go to work. Nobody came at the time agreed and only came an hour later at 9:05, the agent did not even take the responsibility to let me know their employee is running late. The worst thing is red hot **** does not want to render me the service for what I paid for nor give my refund for their fault. I find this *********. An amount of R300 should be due to me as they didn’t render the service to me because their **** arrived an hour later than expected and I had already left the house.

To avoid this unprofessional service and bad service, I will recommend people to stay away.
