BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST

Bad customer service overall. Bad customer service inside shop, bad customer service via email. Bad customer service over the phone. I have contacted this company about three times in the past or even more (even went out there and asked them in person) and i never get a response or even a slight interest in helping with a custom glass inquiry, even if its a normal basic round sphere. So i end up supporting companies outside of my country. I dont know if the jobs i want quotes on are too basic for them or what? (which i may add are not cheap or minimum quantity) but it seems like they just dont care about your normal inquiries, making them seem a little bit pretentious and snobby and just very unhelpful and careless. So this place has a bad rating from me.
