Red Helmet Handyman Architect not caring about the client.

In February 2020 I approached Pieter of Red Helmet Handyman, an architect. I realise that this was just before COVID lockdown but I wanted floor plans drawn up before I sold my house. He took 28 months to get my plans passed saying he would send me weekly updates and I may have received 5 in all that time. When I asked for updates he told me it was in for approval and when I contacted the council, they said the plans had been booked out months previously and never resubmitted. He said he would ask my old neighbours to sign that they were okay with me building onto the border lines and then 3 months later I found out he had never gone to get signatures. I said I would hold back the last R1500 of his quote for several years as he never found any urgency in getting my plans approved so that I could get my money from the attorneys and now he wants to cancel the plans...I already have my money, it is spent, so the only person he is going to hurt is the new owner that has nothing to do with this matter.
