Rude and don't have a polite manner to speak to customers

On the 04-11-17 I phone to enquirer about a quote and more info regarding the service they would offer. The lady named by Belinda have a very arrogant and rude way of talking to customers, If the HR don't make a plan with her regarding telephone training s****s she will lead your business to a downfall or easy way out get rid of her. And I think the 1 star rating is still to much.
