No feedback or any contact from Nusaybah from redflag consultants

I would like to lay a complaint about a lady named Nusaybah from Redflag Consultants I made a payment of R3500 on the 5th of July 2021 I was under debt review and I paid up all my accounts and I asked her to assist with my clearance certificate. After I made I the payment I had no feedback from her till today she doesn’t respond to her mails or read my WhatsApp messages when I try to call her she doesn’t answer the phone or she answers and says that she is on leave or in court. I called once she never answered the phone then she WhatsApps me and tells me she’s in court I then called another number that was on her email and the consultant said she was lying and she is sitting right next to him. She called me back and told me she will sort it out. Up till today there is no feedback. My clearance certificate was then given to me debt busters I would like my money back from redflag consultants and from Nusaybah she has provided very bad service given the fact that I lost my husband in May 2021 and in July 2021 she did this to me when I am struggling financially and I have 2kids and I told her that I lost my husband and she said I would receive my clearance certificate within 4 to 6 weeks it’s now almost 2years. I would like my money returned immediately
