No delivery and pathetic assistance

We placed an order on 7 January 2015 , there was a tracking number issued however there is no record of the order reaching South Africa. With promises of delivery within 7-10 working days via fed ex or royal mail international. Yet nearly 1 month later the goods have not been received and red Dragon darts has been less than helpful with regards to the matter. They have failed to respond and have highly disappointed me. Due to such poor service and no knowledge of where my order , which has cost me a fair amount of money, I've had to go else where to buy the same products. I'd ordered them under the understanding that the services red dragons darts was a reputable and reliable company . However, due to their lack of concern of customer satisfaction after an order has been place and payed for I would never refer anyone not living in the UK to order ANYTHING from this company as they have only brought be grief at a hefty price.
