Bad Service and still waiting

My TLB radiator was broken and send to Red Dot Radiators for repairs. I was told 2weeks waiting time, which was already a long waiting time. It has been almost 6weeks and still waiting. Every week a different story. Very disappointing and they have costed me a lot of money
