Not paying out rent.

I am the owner of a property in Centurion. Red Dot Properties rents out the property on my behalf. They have not paid out the rental amount for the last month nor can I reach Liz de Bruyns as she is currently on training, quoted by the first person who answered the call on Monday 09 March. The same person promised me same day feedback.<br> I have since written numerous emails, made more than 6 phone calls in-between the office and her cell phone with no reply. Really bad service or let me say none existent service.
