Unprofessional service

Red Dot's employee hit the passenger side of my car on the 15 Dec 22. The company referred the matter to their insurance. Unfortunately the insurance (Quest Claims Solutions) is not doing anything about the matter. I was asked to submit pictures of the damage, quotations and complete forms. Until today (26 Apr 23 ) the matter has not been resolved. I have asked Red Dot to intervene as this is their insurance and they have turned a blind eye. I am utterly disappointed as the company promised me that they have reliable insurance to take care of such matters.
