Red door properties disgusting service

Red door properties is the worst estate agency that I have ever come worked with in my life I'm disappointed heart broken and can't not believe how they lie and minupulated me oh and skin colour plays a major role ****** lives and we'll when it comes to them I rented a property from them no checks on the house was done within 3 days of staying there my dog was brutally shot and I asked with in my 7 day period for the agento to find another place for me my fear was my dog today my child Tommorow this is a total dominat white area the owner is white as well she still as access to the property which puts us under constant stress she send her plumber to switch off the hot water so for a week no running hot water no flushing toilets unhygienic living situation until I got a plumber out at our expense to fix the problem the lies they all lie from the office manager to the agents who work under him the agent pays over my deposit to the owner after being instructed not to but again lies I have every record every email and ever voice note these people should be trusted once they have your money they treat you like dirt the agent suppose to step mlin when the landord is being unjust but with red door they pay unjust land lords with out instructing them to fix the tenant living conditions I regret ever doing business with them or in the let out personal Information to anyone who calls in the find out about the clients they have absolutely no after care I suppose if my skin colour was different I would get hot water and a flushing toilet..........
