totally unprofessional and con artists

They are totally unprofessional. does not get back. order placed [Order #2100] (April 3, 2019) a brief reply on 18 that they will look into it. nothing as yes. I paid for courier fees as well. If they do not come back to me I will be placing a charge of ***** at the police station and taking legal and ******** steps. I will get an IT forensic report back and trace them and expose them. They only have a Whatsapp number to which I had the same response and they do not use the telephone.
