RED DEVIL TRADING IS AN ONLINE SHOPPING PROVIDER. The WEBSITE IS www.reddevil.co.za - their products are endorsed by Take- a- lot I ordered and paid for a Home Karaoke System with courier fees on 13th December 2018 - was told the product would be delivered with 5 -7 days Needless to say this never happened and several calls later I was told on 15 January 2019 that there had been a mix up and that the goods will be packed and made ready for delivery and couriered off. Again several calls later I was informed on 21 Jan that the courier had collected and was given the name & contact number of the courier company and a tracking number - The Courier Company - I have since located the website -typed in the tracking number and get the same message - "We received your order successfully and your order is under processing. Please check later to track your order" Today I again called Red Devil and am now waiting for the owner to revert to me. In all this time I never once received a call from Red Devil to offer any updates or any info about my purchase. I made payment of R2700 on 13/12 - its more than a month later and am still awaiting delivery?
