DO NOT ORDER FROM RED DEVIL TRADING

I placed an order online with Red Devil Trading for an item my son required for travelling. The stipulated delivery date was 3-5 working days. I paid for the order and tried to contact them several times with regards to delivery to no avail! I eventually had to purchase the product elsewhere as my son was due to leave. I have tried to phone them, sent several emails to cancel the order and refund my money but NO luck! After reading all the reviews this seems standard practice for Red Devil Trading to take consumer's money and not deliver their goods. I am appalled at their business conduct and am surprised that they are still trading!! Just on principal I will certainly take this matter further as it seems like they just keep getting away with ******** consumers with no repercussions!!!!!!
