Terrible Service from Red Data

<p>A few weeks back I got a call from the Red Data call centre. The operator sold me a service that includes 4GB of data + life cover. They said it would cost me R174 per month, no contract. A few weeks later they have debited my account but I still havent received my data. I called their call centre many times and I was promised a call from the technical team. I spoke to 2 ladies, Jacoline and Rakshana or something like that. The call centre operators are ***********, rude and unhelpful. I asked them to cancel future debits and I'm still waiting for a call from them. </p>
