Debit orders going off without permission

When I first joined Red Data I could only use their data for 2 weeks after that it became unavailable when I realised that I cancelled my service immediately . It's been three months now and they are still taking the money from my account every month. Every time I call they say on their system it shows as cancelled the billing dept will sort out the problem and still they take money every month.
