Day Light *******

I had a month on month 1G subscription with red data. Since i took this out i could never use it optimally. On numerous occasions I asked them how best to set it up & no one at red data ever came back to me to assist me. I then cancelled the contract. Last month they submitted 3 * R119.00 Naedo debits on the 21st of April when my debit order date has always been the 25th. As i never leave excess cash in my savings account i had 3 * unpaid fees + bank changes. The total money debited from my account was 761.99. To date no one has come back to me and I need my money paid back to me. This has been a terrible unprofessional experience & I will not recommend their services to anyone. Can I please just have my money back??????
