To think money solves problems is the biggest lie perceived !

<p>It has been over 8 years since my daughter left Red Cross Children's Hospital Diabetic clinic, as she was old enough to be transfered to Grooteschuur to continue with seeing the dr. and continue using treatment she's been a type one diabetic for over 14 years now. It has been recently brought to my atention that there had been medical bills for blood tests that were'nt paid for prior to 2007 which can't be true because papers were sent through for payment for the blood tests and every medical procedure undergone, to medical aid and when this point is raised the MBDC credit solutions people deny it and state if that were true, then Red Cross Childrens hospital would'nt have handed over the account to an external collections compay, and they state that they tried contacting me on several occassions to no avail until now, and its a growing pain because I recently finished paying an account with MBDC twice and the excuse they gave was that they added a collection fee to the arrear amount. I need answers to clearify as to why they decided to wait over 8 years for payment as I've never changed emplyment very few of my details has changed and even so I've never been out of reach, and also seeing that I was transferred by the Red Cross Diabetic Clinic to attend appointments elsewhere why did this bill of R6046,23 never mentioned ever. </p>
