Stay away from kids

On Monday my daughter was referred to RCWMH and on arrival had to follow procedure like everyone else which we did. My daughter was and has been ill for two weeks now and was a bit scared and jittery at the hospital which I assume is normal for any kid under the circumstances. As the nurse tried to pick her finger to get a little blood she kept pulling away and this white doctor walked up and shouted at her that the nurse has many other patients to see and she's wasting their time. We were the only ones she had to see as everyone else has been seen to already. I soon found out that she needed the nurse hence shouting at my daughter. I honestly feel that they mistreat patients assuming they poor and gets treated like ****. I don't know who to take it up with but I am definitely going to report her somehow . She shouldn't be working with kids if she's only there to work in hours to put on paper. I had to control my temper as to not have my daughter victimised by her or the rest of the staff any further. It might sound petty to some but there is nothing petty about mishandling my daughter.
