Said no to see my kid

So I called to say I'm on my way with my kid that was in tears of something in her ear and the guy in the trauma said I must rather go in the morning I mean what the hell my kids need help now not tomorrow morning if I wanted to wait till the morning I would have taken her to her GP. Can't believe that the guy said something like that that's not how you treat a kid. So I ended up taking her rather to a medi clinic and let her sit in pain and wait. Will never sent one of my kids there again.
