I need answers

I took my nephew this afternoon to RedCross cause he had a dry cough and voice was gone he is only 6 months old....after spending 3 hours there they said he got a throat infection that’s all but he still can’t breath. They never put him on oxygen even when asked they just said you must go home. Not evens meds was recommended nothing and he is still the same. What type of children’s hospital is this they just don’t care
