Dr T C Mutengwa is so unprofessional

<p>I took my son into ER at 22.30 due to a tight chest he has been coughing since Jan had him at our GP meds did not work took him in Feb to his peadiatrician meds did not work got a referral letter for Red cross RCWMH omw the service we received was **********. Dr. T C Mutengwa was so rude and arrogant saying i am verbally abusive when i tell her what our peadiatrician has said. I brought my son in with a tight chest she treats him for an ear infection gave him antibiotic and panado when i ask why a chest xray is not performed as that is what our sons peadiatrician has recommended she then says that is not what he has written on the referral letter she said she feels he does not need and xray or even medication for his chest as his chest is "clean" when she assessed him even though the nurse who assessed Kai before he got his folder wrote that he had a wheezy chest and fever on arrival. She then does not explain the meds that she has given for my son and refuses a note for work as i believe if a child has an ear infection he or she should be booked off sick. She tells me i dont know anything you know best and walks away and refuses to advise whether he can go to creche or not. I was and still am so upset they did not put Kai on a neubilzer nothing. He is still coughing who do i complain to there the matron in charge of nightstaff is so buddy buddy with the doctors and tells me there is nothing she can do. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour on this doctors part.</p>
