Disappointment in Red cross Hospital

I am really disgusted by Red cross Hospital for turning me away on Monday when I was there with my 9month old baby boy, I have had sleepless nights the whole weekend as my lb had fevers of 39.4% and was very crabby, the medication that I have given him was not working and thought it would be best to take him to Red cross hospital. <br> <br> I arrived at hospital did the tests so that I could get my paperwork and coded sticker, from there you will need to get your folder before being assisted by a doctor. I have waited for two and a half hours for my folder and people who has arrived after me was sent through to go and see a doctor with their folder. I then stood up and went to the front desk and said that I have been waiting for two and a half hours and I have still not received my folder. The lady asked for my documents, then and there I was really furious as I have given it in before, the lady then went to person who assisted and asked where my paperwork was and she said \ I do not know, did I help her?\" I was really furious but stayed calm as I did not want to make a seen. I then went to her window and said that I have handed in my docs, she then said that she could have inserted my doc"
