Nonexistent after sales service

Do business with this company at your peril! They sent me a faulty product so I sent them an email to the address indicated on their website. The emails deliver to their mailbox because I get confirmations back that they will respond within 48 - 72 hours, but they do not respond at all. I've now sent three follow-up emails, and after three weeks still no response from them.
