Wowed by service beyond the call duty

After the SA post office did something stupid (overnight courier from counter to counter), I was left in a situation where I'd paid for something to be returned to Red Chilli Deals but was no where near their doorstep. I simply asked Sadiq about the possibility of someone going to get it and before I could even expect a response, he had mailed to tell me that he took the chance and got it and I'm processing the request.<br> I mean WOW!<br> Not only were they fast, efficient, helpful and followed up on my request, but they were friendly and patient (Anees too cos I can ask a lot of silly questions). I am wonderfully surprised. Well done Red Chilli Deals, all businesses could really learn a lot from you!<br> <br> Keep it up Sadiq, this is the kind of ingenuity that will get you places!
