Worst shopping experience

<p>I ordered an item more than two weeks ago. I need to travel with it and up till now I haven't heard from the store. They don't pick calls, never respond to emails. When they do pick after several tries they promise to follow up and never do. Today I tried yet again. Nobody picks. </p>
