Worst online shopping experience!

I would like to share my worst online shopping experience with Redchillideals. I ordered an 8 channel CCTV camera set with a dashcam. I placed my order online and made the payment on the 9th of July 2020. Its almost a MONTH later and I haven't received anything. After 2 weeks of waiting, I received an email saying they can't send me my package because they are out of stock. They don't keep you up to date with your order progress. Meanwhile, I order other product by other companies online, and they delivered it the very next day out of Johannesburg !! Last year I ordered electronic devices out of America and it didn't even take that long!
