Very slow service
I ordered from Red Chili on 28 April. My friend ordered the same item on 29 April. His was delivered on 5 May. I haven't even got a waybill number yet

16 May 2016, 10:12Item was finally delivered. Asseem at Red Chili was helpful and I was advised that payment hadn't been received even though the online payment showed "Succesful". After paying via EFT on the 10th goods were delivered on on Friday 13th May.

14 Jun 2016, 08:34After a poor start it seems that red Chilli is back on the ball. I have ordered from them twice since my first order and the payments went through fine and the goods were delivered as promised. Hint: Use their supp**** Whatsapp number if you have any problems.
