<p>My product arrived faulty.</p> <p>When i complained the owner immediately contacted me to arrange an exchange.</p> <p>This was 4 months ago and i am still waiting.</p> <p>All follow up emails go un answered.</p> <p>I will never purchase from them again.</p>
