Useless

I bought two of the i11 ear pods and it took 16 days for delivery although they advertise 10 days. Their service is terrible. When i received the product, one charging cable was not working. i emailed Red Chillie Deals numerous times and 3 weeks later have received NO reply. I will not be buying from them any time soon no mater how good the deal is.
