Stay away from Red Chill Deals, an online shopping ****!

Stay away from this ***** of a company. I only gave them 1 star as there is no other lower option. The delivery time for an order #17764 I made beginning of January 2023 has since lapsed and they won't answer phone calls or reply to any emails or DMs on their social media pages. I have since accepted that I have lost my money to them and requesting a refund is a colossal waste of time. I can't even reverse the transaction with my bank because the cost of the process is more than my purchase. How do these ****s continue operating? Where can one report them successfully?
