Service on Return & Refund

Good Day I contacted red chilli about two of their products that I was not satisfied with. I am not too sure if its a manager or supervisor but someone contacted me a few times telephonically and I was unable to answer or call back. The person then watsapped me and I was only able to reply / respond days later via watsapp late at night, only to be met with a reply that time of night which was quite shocking. The person (and I wish I knew the name), I THINK it's Anees but I stand under correction, apologised for the inconvenience and even offered to collect the products that was not happy with AND to do a refund. Within a day / 2 my goods were collected & as soon as Red Chilli Received it I was then refunded which took 2 days max. I was very super impressed with the service I received and would like to commend them on the service that I received.
